Can I visit the store to physically to physically see the products?

Lukdepart operates on an e-commerce platform, but we have a physical showroom, where customers can visit us. The showroom exists solely to showcase all our merchandise as displayed and advertised on the website, giving customers an opportunity to have a natural look and feel of our products. Do you have alternations services?

Lukdepart has an in-house alterations services. Customers have access to our highly experienced in-house tailor, making sure that the clothes you have purchased are perfectly trimmed to fit your body like a glove in hand.

Can you offer Chauffeuring Services?

At Lukdepart we also offer chauffeur driven luxury car, wherein we seek to ensure our guests arrive safely and in style while using our chauffeur services.

Is there Online Payments Secure?

Our secure server software encrypts all your payment card details. The process scrambles all the information, allowing no unauthorised third party to intercept the data.

 

Your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a secure environment by showing either a locked padlock icon or an image of a padlock next to the payment details in the relevant area of the website.

 

To ensure that your credit or debit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases.

Can I Pay using the Electronic Transfer Method(EFT) of Payment?

Yes. All payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails or is not cleared your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received. To make order and pay via EFT, contact us to place your order specifying the product of your interest. We will then issue an order to you. Once you have received an order number, please pay the amount into the account below:

Please ensure that you use your order number as the reference on the EFT. Email your proof of payment within 2 hours to ensure that your order is secured

How does your return policy and/or exchange work?

Lukdepart will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 days of date of delivery /receipt provided that:

  • The original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase.
  • The price (swing) ticket is attached.
  • The item has not been worn or used.
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.

The customer has to inspect the goods on delivery and if the parcel is incorrect, needs to return the product provided the above mentioned conditions are met, he/she can liaise with the our online customer services department to have it returned and your payment reimbursed.

How do I return or exchange the products?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, and all criteria above have been met, you need to follow the process below:

  • Pack item into box Pack the product(s) in their original protective packaging, with its original labelling and unworn to secure the product(s) you are returning.
  • Then pack the product(s) into the original delivery box/packaging. Carefully seal the delivery box/packaging in order to make sure the parcel is safely returned. Should you be returning products from multiple orders at one time, please carefully pack the products belonging to the same order number together, and include the relevant delivery note received with each order. This will ensure a swift returns process.
  • Return parcel via instore( see contact page to make an appointment) or courier (courier fees at the customers own charge unless expressly agreed by Lukdepart)
